Q: Do you offer drop shipping? In other words, will you ship to my house with FedEx or UPS?

PickupForTrucks does not offer drop shipments and only sells products for in-store pickup at your preferred Pickup dealer

Q: When will my purchased product be available for in-store pick up?

While in many cases products will be delivered to our Pickup dealers next day, please expect orders to take 2-3 business days to receive depending on availability. If we expect any delay extending past 3 business days, we will reach out to you at your preferred contact method.

Q: What if I want my product installed at my local Pickup dealer?

PickupForTrucks does not offer installation services and is not responsible or liable for installation of products sold on PickupForTrucks.com. Any installation or services are to be negotiated between the customer and Pickup dealer. All sales made on pickupfortrucks.com are considered strictly as will call or “carry-out” sales and any installation services provided by a Pickup dealer and the customer would not be affiliated with PickupForTrucks.

Q: What if I order the wrong product for my vehicle for in-store pickup or install?

That’s what we’re here for! On any purchase made off PickupForTrucks.com, our experienced Pickup dealers will confirm you have the right product for your vehicle. If you order the wrong item, don’t sweat it! We’ll trade it out for the right fitment at no charge.

Q: How will I know how much installation costs? Is this the price shown on the website?

Pricing on pickupfortrucks.com is carry-out only. Installation is strictly between the customer and Pickup dealer, and is outside the scope of products and services provided by PickupForTrucks.com

Q: How do I let my Pickup dealer know I want my product installed?

When shopping for products, you will have the ability to select whether you would like to have products installed. Additionally, you will have the ability to select a preferred installation date. This information collected is strictly for use by our Pickup dealer, and installation dates or appointments are to be made by the Pickup dealer and the customer. While PickupForTrucks does not offer installation, we do inform the Pickup dealer whether customers want their product so they can then communicate with the customer to schedule an appointment.
